Banana Strawberry Cacao Popsicles

 

Healthy, refreshing and easy to make. 

Bananas, strawberries, cacao and coconut milk make the popsicles a great source of potassium, magnesium, fiber, flavonoids (great for your heart and brain) and antioxidants. 

Banana strawberry cacao popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tbs honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Place in a freezer for few hours.
  • Remove by running gently warm water over the molds.
