Cancer

Breast and ovarian cancer occurred in my family. After surgeries of removing effected tissues, chemotherapy was recommended. She did not want chemotherapy and a search of an alternative treatments began. We were blessed to have a naturopathic doctor that gave us hope and recommendations that we followed. Following are recommendations that we found helpful.

Cancer loves acidic blood and anaerobic state (without oxygen). It hates oxygen and heat. Therefore, diet with specific supplements, sun, good exercise, deep breathing are a few of many necessary steps to fight it.

Diet:

  • Eating raw is very important
    • Raw greens – fiber increases transit time. Transit time slows down when you eat meat.
    • Raw vegan – eat as much as you want. High enzyme diet.
    • Aim for 8 servings a day of vegetables
  • Greens help thin blood – Spinach; niacin – blood thinner.
  • Dandelion leaves – 2 a day
  • Juice/smoothies at home
    • When juicing consider pH and alkaline. Best raw green juice
    • Juice dandelion whole plant; great for liver; dandelion leaves are diuretic
    • Add clovers – whole plant – use in smoothies
    • Use beet green tops or carrot green tops (beets are too sweet)
    • You can put powdered supplements in smoothies
  • Fruit
    • Only Granny Smith apples
    • Too much sugar and acidic: bananas, strawberries, melon, kiwi…
  • No bread, no oatmeal – too acidic.
  • No animal protein; no eggs.
  • Barlean’s Flaxseed Oil
  • Coconut oil – Raw – high alkaline (1 tbs a day)
  • Wheatgrass
  • Nuts – soak
  • Lentils – sprouts
  • Beans – sprouts
  • Quinoa – sprout – for protein and powder
  • Cacao Chocolate – tiny square, no sugar
  • Cinnamon – Ceylon – 1 tbs a day
  • Teas – organic, loose
  • Coffee – organic
  • Raw Almond Milk – make your own
  • Spring Water

Supplements:

  • Vitamin C – Chelation- IV (IV’s can have glucose – sugar in them so watch out for that)
  • Liposomal Vitamin C – fat/sunflower based
  • D3 & K2 – need to go together for uptake (10,000 IU) – Hydroxy panel is vey important
  • Magnesium & Taurine & L-Glutamine
  • DMSA – sulfur based
  • Artemisia Annua – Artecin – natural – wormwood plant – 1 tablet 3x daily
  • Meyer’s Cocktail
  • Herbal Detox
    • Hoxsey Blend – add iodine, make sure blend does not have sugar
    • Essiac Tea – overlaps with Hoxsey blend so do one at a time
    • Kidney tea
    • Metals
    • Lymph support (with Poke)
    • Parasite (love sugar so avoid !)
    • Colon Cleanse
    • Brain
    • Liver -dandelion
  • Turmeric – Raw – Turmeric paste is fine, make sure to use raw turmeric and add black pepper & ginger (check out a recipe for it here)

  • Ashwagandha or Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) – 2 tbs in tea
