Method
- Combine millet and milk in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes covered, stirring occasionally.It can easily boil over so be on a lookout.
- Combine cooked millet in a blender together with strawberries and sugar.
- Blend it to a pudding consistency.
- Serve as it is or with additional fruit on top.
Notes
Pudding can be eaten hot or cold.
I like to make it ahead of time and warm it up on a stove by adding a little extra milk to it.
You can get creative by adding any fruit (banana, blueberries, mango etc), maple syrup, cinnamon, coconut flakes.
