- Heat a stockpot.Add the coconut oil and butter, then the onion and saute for 5 minutes (until softened).
- Add the carrot and saute for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the potatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower and saute for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth or water and simmer, covered for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add the dill.
- Turn off the heat and add the dill.
