Ingredients
Method
- Whisk together eggs, milk and salt
- Warm up a thin later of coconut oil (or butter or ghee) on a pan
- Pour around 1/4 of a cup of the batter (enough to cover the pan) and tilt it with a circular motion so that it it coats the surface evenly
- Cook the crepe for about 30 seconds on each side
Notes
Crepes work great with both sweet and sour toppings: jams, confitures, whipped cream, sour cream, cheese, spinach etc.
