Ingredients
Method
- Cut the fish in bite size pieces.
- Whisk together egg and seasoning in a bowl.
- Combine almond and arrowroot flours in a bowl.
- Mix in the fish pieces in the egg/seasoning mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium high and add oil of your choice.
- Dip the fish from the egg mixture into the flour mixture (breading) and make sure it is well coated.
- Fry the fish about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Notes
The fish bites go great with ketchup (my kids favorite) or tartar sauce.
Paired with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, they make a nutritious dinner idea.
