Ingredients
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of the juice and let it rest.
- Warm up the remaining 1 cup of the juice in a pan.
- In the meantime divide the fruit in small containers.
- Pour the hot juice into the gelatin mixture and stir until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the small containers to cover the fruit.
- Refrigerate until the mixture gels, about 2 hours.
- Store in a fridge.
Notes
Any juice can be used; organic and not loaded with sugar preferred ! Also choose juice based on what color and flavor jello you would like.
I like tart cherry juice the most because of it's health benefits.
Kiwi and pineaple won't work in the jello. They will not let the mixture to gel.
