Method
- Put all the ingredients in a glass jar. Pour apple cider vinegar over it.
- Close and put in a dry, dark place.
- Shake it every day for 2 weeks.
- After 2 weeks strain the mixture (cheese cloth works great for it).
- Store it in a dark glass.
Notes
Dosage:
If sick – 1 teaspoon of the syrup mixed with water, 6 times a day.
To prevent being sick – 1 teaspoon of the syrup mixed with water in the morning and evening.
