1 cupfruitfrozen or fresh; I used frozen cherries, strawberries (chopped), raspberries and blueberries
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of the juice and let it rest.
Warm up the remaining 1 cup of the juice in a pan.
In the meantime divide the fruit in small containers.
Pour the hot juice into the gelatin mixture and stir until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the small containers to cover the fruit.
Refrigerate until the mixture gels, about 2 hours.
Store in a fridge.
Notes
Any juice can be used; organic and not loaded with sugar preferred ! Also choose juice based on what color and flavor jello you would like. I like tart cherry juice the most because of it’s health benefits.Kiwi and pineaple won’t work in the jello. They will not let the mixture to gel.
These are the jars I use and stock them up in the fridge for convenient snack 🙂
