Natural Antibiotic Recipe

The following recipe is an immune support for viral and bacterial sickness. Great remedy flu, cold and cough remedy. It is full of powerful natural ingredients.  

Garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish, chili peppers and apple cider vinegar have incredible health benefits on their own. Here, they are a powerful mix to support an immune system. The syrup is anti-bacterial, anti-septic, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory. It helps the body resist or destroy viruses and other microorganisms.

Natural Antibiotic Syrup Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp fresh horseradish grate it on the coarse side of a box grater
  • 2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 chili peppers cut in small pieces
  • 2 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a glass jar. Pour apple cider vinegar over it.
  • Close and put in a dry, dark place.
  • Shake it every day for 2 weeks.
  • After 2 weeks strain the mixture (cheese cloth works great for it).
  • Store it in a dark glass.

Notes

Dosage:
If sick  – 1 teaspoon of the syrup mixed with water, 6 times a day.
To prevent being sick – 1 teaspoon of the syrup mixed with water in the morning and evening.
