Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk to combine and cook until it forms a paste and coconut oil is fully melted.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to a glass jar with a lid. Let it cool to room temperature and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
Notes
You can make turmeric golden milk out of the paste.
When ready to make it, place a teaspoon of turmeric paste in a mug and add in hot milk of your choice. I like to add half milk, half boiling water.
Optionally, add in maple syrup or honey for sweetness. Give it a stir and enjoy.
